Chapter01
Lightningはボーダム治安連隊の軍曹だった。
臨海都市ボーダム郊外で魔物（Blood bass）を退治している任務中に
エアバイクに載ったNora達に出会う。
一人は若い男性で髪の色は青。片手に銃を持ち、羽根飾りなどがついた派手な服装。
後部座席にはLebreauが乗っていた。

Lightning was Boudam public peace troop's sergeant.
She met with Nora's company who was riding their airbike in the middle of their mission to kill monsters outside the seaside city Boudam.
One of the person was a young male with blue hair. Holding a gun in one hand, wearing flashy clothes with feathers as decoration.
Lebreau was sitting in the last seat.

Lightningが上司である曹長の元へ戻ると、彼がSnowと話しているところに遭遇する。
ここで初めてLightningはSnowと出会った。
When Lightning return to her sergeant major, she saw him talking with Snow.
This is where Lightning first met Snow.

Noraの拠点は海辺にある小さなカフェ。
Lebreauはその店で働いている。
その店に女子高校生であるSerahが出入りしていることをLightningは快く思っていない。
Noraの名前の由来は野良猫のノラ。

Nora's base is a small cafe beside the sea.
Lebreau is working in that cafe.
Lightning didn't like Serah to go to that cafe, since she was still a high school
girl.
Nora's name originated from the wild cat Nora.

アモダ曹長の話：
Lightningはブレイズエッジという優秀な兵士にのみ支給された軍刀を持っている。
Sergeant major Amoda said: "Lightning has the sword that is called Blaze Edge, that sword is only held by excellent soldiers."

LightningはSnowに「妹には関わるな」と伝えるが、Snowはそれを拒否。
Lightning told Snow not to associate with Serah, but Snow refused.


Chapter02
散歩しているSerahの元へGadotがやってきて、「Snowが待ち合わせに遅れてやってくる」と伝
える。

Gadot ride on the airbike to return to Serah and told her: "For your meeting with Snow, he is going to come later."

Serahはハイスクールの最終学年で、首都エデンの大学への進学が決まっていた。
Serah decided to go to the capital Eden's university when she was in the last year of high school.

Serahは、Lightningの誕生日会でSnowを紹介し、二人の交際を認めてもらう計画をしていた。
そこへMaquiがやってきて、魔物退治への応援をSnowに頼む。

because Lightning didn't allow Serah to date with Snow, Serah planned the birthday party for Lightning.
She wants to bring Snow with her and get Lightning permission for her date with Snow (or; to be friends with Snow).

Just then, Macqui came, and asked Snow to assist to get rid of the monsters.

Snowは「後でLightningへのプレゼントを一緒に買いに行こう」とSerahに約束をする。
そしてバイクでMaquiと仕事に出ていった。

Snow promised Serah: "After this, lets go and buy a present for Lightning together."
Then he was off to work with Maqui on his bike.


CHapter03
Lightningの回想録。
Lightningが15歳の時に母親が病死。父は幼い頃に亡くなっている。
彼女はSerahより3歳年上。

Lightning's Memories
Lightning's mother died from sickness when she was 15, her dad died when she was young.
She is 3 years older than Serah

病の床で母がLightningに「一人で頑張りすぎないこと。たまには妹に頼るべきだ」と
Lightningに優しく話す。

Lightning's mom said to her gently while she is sick in the bed: "Don't work too hard on your own, you should rely on your younger sister once in a while."

幼いSerahを一人で守るために、名前を捨て、Lightningと名乗った。
親代わりである彼女は、楽天家であるSnowとの交際を絶対に認めないことを決意する。

To protect the young Serah by herself, she thrown away her real name, and became 'Lightning'.
Lightning, who has taken the role of her parents, decided that she won't allow Serah
to be friends with Snow, who is easy going.
