Chapter04
セラがボーダム異跡（遺跡）を見上げている。
Serah is looking at the ruin at Boudam.


ファルシはコクーンの破損個所を修復するときに、たびたび下界（パルス）の遺跡をその材料として使うことがある。
When Fal'Cie restore the broken parts of the cocoon, they often use the ruins of Palse as the materials.

ファルシに寿命はない。
Fal'Cie don't have an age.

「禍となる下界の遺跡がなぜコクーンにあるのか？」それを調べたくてセラは歴史が好きになった。
"Why is the underworld's ruins, which is considered as something that brings misfortune, exist in the cocoon?"
Serah examined it and starts to become interested in the history.


セラはふと、遺跡の入り口が開いているいることに気付き、中へ入ってしまう。
Serah noticed that the entrance of ruins is opened and she went inside it.

長い階段を上り、セラの目の前にクリスタルが現れた。
She went up the long stairs, and the crystal appeared before her eyes.

セラ「誰かが歌っている？！」
Serah; "is someone singing?!"

セラは何か恐ろしくて巨大なものをそこで見た。
Serah saw something very big and scary in there.





Chapter05
ライトニングはショッッピングモールへ散歩に出かていた。
Lightning took a walk to the shopping mall.

その区域で行われる花火大会（願い事が叶うと言われる）の警備をする予定だった。
She had a planned to guard at a fireworks festival held in the area.(it's been said that it makes wishes comes true)

（※ショッピングモールでセラが身につけているペンダントが売られている）
(The shopping mall had the pendant which Serah wears for sale.)

ライトニングは、忙しさのあまりセラと二人の時間を十分にとってあげられなかった自分を責める。
Lightning blames herself for being so busy that she's not spending more time with Serah.

ペットショップの前にホープ・エストハイムの親子がいた。
Hope Estheim and his mother was in front of the pet shop.

そこでは雛チョコボが売られている。
雛チョコボは売り切れてしまうほど人気らしい。
Chocobos were sold there.
Chocobos were so popular that it's usually sold out.

ホープ親子は旅行中で、これからパルムポルムへ帰るところだった。
During the trip, they plans to return to Parumuporumu.

ライトニングはその親子の会話を聞いて、自分もセラと旅行をしようと思った。
セラと共有する時間が増えれば、セラがスノウを忘れてくれるだろうと彼女は考えていたからだ。
After hearing their conversation , Lightning also wants to travel with Serah.
She thinks that if she spends more time with Serah, Serah will start to forget Snow.


Chapter06

ファルシの中でセラは声を聞いた。
Serah heard a voice in Fal'Cie.

「ルシ」
"L'Cie"
「なぜコクーンの人間を選ぶんだ？本来ならばパルスの者を選ぶべきだろう？」
Why did you choose people from the Cocoon? You were supposed to choose people from Pulse right?

セラは気が付いた時は遺跡の外だった。
When Serah realized, she was already outside the ruins.
セラは左腕にルシの刻印があることに気付いた。
Serah noticed that she has L'Cie's seal in her left arm.

セラは歴史の資料で、かつて下界とコクーンの間に戦争があったのを知っていた。
From the history, Serah learnt that was once a war between the underworld and Cocoon.

かつて下界がコクーンを攻めてきたとき、コクーンのファルシは人間をルシとして戦わせたのだ。
When the underworld attacked Cocoon, Fal'Cie of the cocoon fought using human as L'Cie.

セラは自分がルシになったのをスノウに知られたくない故に、その場を立ち去った。
Serah left the place because she doesn't want Snow to know that she became L'Cie.


Chapter07

ライトニングは今度の誕生日で21歳になる。
Lightning turned 21 in this birthday.

彼女は旅行代理店で妹との旅行の計画を準備していた。
In a travel agency, she planned to travel with her sister.

ショッピングモールで彼女は、青くて露出の激しい服を着た女性二人とすれ違う。
In the shopping mall, she met with 2 woman wearing some very revealing clothes in blue.

（※このうちの一人はTGS2009 Trailerに出てきた黒い髪の女）
(* One of them is a woman who was revealed at TGS2009.)

そして、アモダ曹長がやってきたので、二人で談笑しながら勤務へと向かった。
Then, Sergeant major Amoda came, and the two left for work as they were chatting on the way.
